It’s not easy to travel 12 people together especially when some of them are kids and even more when they are babies! But it’s really so nice to be able to spend the holidays 3 different generations of the same family together, isn’t it?

Thank you very much for your kind review. It’s certainly the best choice to book a private transportation when travelling with a family. Taxis big enough are not usually available. That’s why in your case for instance, you had needed to take two taxis. This is not a very good solution for a family, much inconvenient when taking baggage to stay for some days
As we met you where you were dropping off a hire car we might guess you had enjoyed some nice days visiting our country and the final event was the Disney Magic cruise
This is a cruise that is really appreciated not only for kids but also for any age travelers. We hope all of you spent some nice days there!
We have to say that we always try to be on the picking points the most convenient for the customer as possible. Sometimes we get the information to try to manage to be there in advance if the cruise is arriving earlier but that’s not always possible
A phone call to the number printed on the voucher giving us any change that the customer could know is very helpful for us to give the better service

Mentioning your comment about transfer services requiring you to telephone to get no availability, it’s important to know that some companies give telephone numbers operated from countries different from Spain to book transfer services in Barcelona
That sometimes implies a different time zone and might not be operative at Spanish working time! It may give confidence to the customer to have a contact phone in its own country but most of the times the inconvenience is that these operators are just intermediaries and have no knowledge or experience about Barcelona airport and port activity
We’re a local transport operator. We only give service from or to Barcelona. Booking is online and the customer can get a budget of up to 5 services in one step!

We hope you had a nice stay in your hotel in the 1992 Olympic Games area.
We know you were cruising in the Liberty of the Seas. This cruise departs every Sunday from Barcelona and it always coincides with the Norwegian Epic. As the first is 339 m long and the other one 329, it’s really impressive to see both together every Sunday, the Liberty stern and the Epic prow just having 20m between them!
When getting to the harbor, we strongly recommend to any cruiser to just prepare the cameras, ask the driver to slow down and from the Europe Bridge, to take an unforgettable photograph of them. It really worth’s!
As you mention, we hope to meet you again when you come back to Barcelona!

We’re always checking times directly with the airport or the air companies but many times they are not capable to give us reliable real time information

It’s a service aimed to give any uncomfortable situation away when arriving or leaving or just moving in a foreign place. Any traveler using intercontinental flights, not having a lot of time to loose or a lot of things to do in the city should have all the transfers arranged and pre-booked. That’s even more necessary and useful when cruising, as any cruise makes a lot of people to move at the same time.

In the case of intercontinental delays that’s very helpful for us in order to make the needed arrangements to give the best service, as the information that the passenger receives about it is most of the times more accurate that the one we can get anywhere. Even the airport screens are usually not completely updated
